Weight Lose Programs-How to Stick With Your Program During the Holiday Season

I was just reading the "Burn the Fat" newsletter from Tom Venuto.

In it,he offered us a weight loss challenge. The challenge? To stay fit over the holiday's and still burn the fat and feed the muscle. In other words, no weight gain and you still achieve your goals!

Here is what Tom had to say:
